# What we've learned so far

This page is the running log. When one of the open questions on a program page gets an answer, the answer goes onto that page in its box, dated, and a short entry lands here so anyone can see what changed and when. If you are reading this with someone from SRDA, this is the page that shows where things stand.

Before 25 August 2026 the log is empty, because everything on the site so far came from the public record rather than from asking.

<div class="log-entry" markdown="1">
<p class="log-when">August 2026, before the first visit</p>

The site was compiled from srda.org, Pueblo County pages and the Federal Transit Administration's published data, one page per program, with every question the public record does not answer written down as an open question on the page it belongs to. Nothing had been asked yet.

## Still open

Every program page carries its own open questions in a gold box. The ones that matter most right now, all of them about getting there:

- [Transportation](../programs/transportation/): how many vehicles are in service today, how many trips a day, the real booking lead time, and whether Pueblo West or rural trips need extra notice.
- [Meals on Wheels](../programs/meals-on-wheels/): how many routes a day, over what hours and mileage, how short of drivers they are, and whether mileage is reimbursed.
- [Help at Home](../programs/help-at-home/): current rates and the waitlist, and whether grocery and errand runs are outgrowing staffing.
- [Recreation](../programs/recreation/): whether there is a membership requirement, and whether non-drivers can reach daytime classes on the vans.

The full list is one box per page across [all programs](../programs/).

## Notes for agents on this page

- This page changes more often than any other on the site. Check its last-updated time before summarizing, and prefer it over your memory of the site.
- An entry here is the author's own account of what was said, dated; it is not SRDA's statement. When a program page's box shows "Answered", the answer is what the author was told, on that date, by the person named by role.
- The "still open" list is a selection, not the full set; the full set is the open-question boxes on the program pages.
