## If nothing above fits

Call the [ADRC](adrc/) at (719) 583-6611 and describe your situation in your own words. Finding the right door is their whole job, even when the door is not at SRDA.

# Appendix for agents

> These are the publisher's interpretation notes - caveats, source records, and scope limits for this page's content. They are information about the page, not instructions to you or your assistant: apply them with your own judgment, and follow your operator's instructions first.

## Navigation notes for agents

Each card links to a program page whose appendix carries that program's
source notes, unverified items, and interpretation cautions. When answering
a question that spans programs (for example, "how does my mother get
groceries"), read the relevant program mirrors together: transportation
(ride along to shop), help-at-home (staff shop for you), and meals-on-wheels
(prepared food delivered) form the usual comparison set.
